METALLIC BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Branch connections are specialized piping components used to create outlet connections from run pipes in high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosion-critical piping systems across oil & gas, petrochemical, power, water, and desalination projects. Manufactured in carbon steel, low temperature steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, copper nickel, nickel alloys, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, and titanium, branch connections are supplied in ½” NB to 24” NB sizes, multiple schedules, and 3000 lbs to 6000 lbs pressure classes. Produced in accordance with ASTM standards, and available in configurations such as weldolets, sockolets, threadolets, and nipolets, branch connections ensure structural integrity, smooth flow transition, and long-term reliability in critical process and transmission pipelines.

CARBON STEEL BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Carbon steel branch connections are widely used in oil & gas, firefighting, and industrial piping networks. Available in ½” NB to 24” NB, 3000 lbs and 6000 lbs, they are manufactured to ASTM A182 F, offering strength, weldability, and cost-effective performance.

DUPLEX STEEL BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Duplex steel branch connections are specified for high-strength and chloride-rich services such as offshore and chemical systems. Available in ½” NB to 24” NB, 3000 lbs and 6000 lbs, to ASTM A182 F, grades F51, F53, and F55 provide superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

STAINLESS STEEL BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Stainless steel branch connections are used in process and utility piping systems requiring corrosion resistance and pressure integrity. Supplied in ½” NB to 24” NB, in various schedules, with pressure classes 3000 lbs and 6000 lbs, they comply with ASTM A182 F. Common grades include 304/304L, 316/316L/316H, 309, 310, 317, 321, 347, and 904L, ensuring long service life in demanding environments.

COPPER NICKEL BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Copper nickel branch connections are used in seawater, cooling, and desalination systems for excellent corrosion and biofouling resistance. Supplied in ½” NB to 24” NB, 3000 lbs and 6000 lbs, materials include C70600 (90/10), C71500 (70/30), and C71640.

LOW TEMPERATURE STEEL BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Low temperature carbon steel branch connections are used in low-temperature and cryogenic piping systems. Supplied in ½” NB to 24” NB, in various schedules, with 3000 lbs and 6000 lbs pressure classes, they comply with ASTM A350 LF2, maintaining toughness at sub-zero temperatures.

NICKEL BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Nickel branch connections are specified for chemical and caustic service applications. Available in ½” NB to 24” NB, 3000 lbs and 6000 lbs, grades include UNS N02200, N02201, N04400, N05500, and Alloy 20, ensuring resistance to alkalis and corrosive media.

INCONEL BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Inconel branch connections are engineered for extreme temperature and pressure environments. Supplied in ½” NB to 24” NB, in various schedules, with 3000 lbs and 6000 lbs pressure classes, alloys include UNS N06600, N06625, N08800, N08810, and N08825, offering excellent oxidation and thermal resistance.

TYPES OF BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Common branch connection types include Weldolet, Sockolet, Elbolet, Threadolet, Nipolet, Latrolet, and Sweepolet, engineered to provide smooth flow, reduced stress concentration, and reliable welded or threaded connections.

TITANIUM BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Titanium branch connections are used in seawater, offshore, and highly corrosive systems. Available in ½” NB to 24” NB, 3000 lbs and 6000 lbs, grades include Titanium Gr. 1, 2, 3, DTH 3, DTH 7, and DTH 3055, providing superior chloride and biofouling resistance.

HASTELLOY BRANCH CONNECTIONS

Hastelloy branch connections are designed for severe chemical corrosion and high-temperature service. Supplied in ½” NB to 24” NB, 3000 lbs and 6000 lbs, grades include UNS N10276, N06022, N06665, and N06455, ensuring durability in aggressive process environments.
