METALLIC FLANGES
CARBON STEEL FLANGES
Carbon steel flanges are widely used in oil & gas, firefighting, and infrastructure pipelines for strength and cost efficiency. Available in ½”–48” NB, ANSI B16.5, 150#–2500#, they are manufactured to ASTM A105 and ASTM A694. Grades F42, F46, F52, F60, F65, and F70 are commonly specified for pressure-bearing applications.
ALLOY STEEL FLANGES
Alloy steel flanges are designed for high-temperature and high-pressure services including steam and thermal lines. Available in ½”–48” NB, ANSI B16.5, pressure classes 150#–2500#, they comply with ASTM A182. Common grades include F5, F9, F11, F12, F22, and F91, providing excellent creep and strength retention.
STAINLESS STEEL FLANGES
Stainless steel flanges are used in corrosion-resistant and high-purity piping systems across industrial and utility projects. Supplied in ½”–48” NB, ANSI B16.5, pressure classes 150#–2500#, they conform to ASTM A182 / ASTM A240. Common grades include 304/304L, 316/316L/316Ti, 309, 310, 317, 321, 347, and 904L, ensuring durability and long service life.
LTCS FLANGES
LTCS flanges are used in low-temperature and cryogenic piping systems where impact toughness is critical. Supplied in ½”–48” NB, ANSI B16.5, 150#–2500#, they are manufactured to ASTM A350 LF2 / ASTM A516, suitable for gas and temperature-sensitive services.
DUPLEX / SUPERDUPLEX FLANGES
Duplex and super duplex flanges are specified for high-strength and chloride-rich environments such as offshore and chemical systems. Supplied in ½”–48” NB, ANSI B16.5, 150#–2500#, to ASTM A182, grades include F51, F52, F53, F55, F60, and F61, offering superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking.
COPPER NICKEL ALLOYS STEEL
Copper nickel and special alloy flanges are used in seawater, desalination, and corrosive service systems. Supplied in ½”–48” NB, ANSI B16.5, 150#–2500#, materials include Copper Nickel C70600 (90/10), C71500 (70/30), Nickel UNS N02200/N02201, Monel N04400/N05500, Inconel N06600/N06625, Hastelloy N10276/N06022, and Titanium Grades 1–3, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance.
