METALLIC FORGED FITTINGS
Forged fittings are critical components in high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosion-sensitive piping systems used across oil & gas, petrochemical, power, water, and desalination projects in Saudi Arabia. Manufactured in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel, copper nickel, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, and titanium, forged fittings offer superior mechanical strength, pressure integrity, and dimensional accuracy compared to cast alternatives. Supplied in socket weld and threaded types, typically from ½” to 4” NB, with 3000#, 6000#, and 9000# pressure classes in accordance with ANSI B16.11 and relevant ASTM standards, forged fittings are widely specified for critical process, utility, and instrumentation piping where reliability, compliance, and long service life are mandatory.
CARBON STEEL FORGED FITTINGS
Carbon steel forged fittings are widely used in oil & gas, firefighting, and industrial piping for their strength and weldability. Supplied in ½”–4” NB, 3000#–9000#, socket weld and threaded, they are manufactured to ASTM A105 and ANSI B16.11 for high-pressure service.
SUPERDUPLEX FORGED FITTINGS
Super duplex forged fittings are engineered for extreme corrosion and high-pressure service in offshore and desalination-related systems. Supplied in ½”–4” NB, up to 9000#, to ASTM A182 / ANSI B16.11, grades UNS S32750 and S32760 provide exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
STAINLESS STEEL FORGED FITTINGS
Stainless steel forged fittings are used in high-pressure process, utility, and instrumentation piping across Saudi industrial projects. Supplied in ½”–4” NB, socket weld and threaded, with 3000#–9000# classes per ANSI B16.11, they conform to ASTM A182. Common grades include 304/304L, 316/316L/316H, 309, 310, 317, 321, 347, and 904L, selected for corrosion resistance and long service life.
LOW TEMP FORGED FITTINGS
Low Temperature Carbon Steel forged fittings are used in low-temperature and cryogenic applications where impact toughness is critical. Available in ½”–4” NB, 3000#–9000#, they comply with ASTM A350 LF2 and ANSI B16.11, making them suitable for gas and temperature-critical piping systems.
DUPLEX FORGED FITTINGS
Duplex forged fittings are specified for higher strength and chloride resistance in chemical, offshore, and process systems. Available in ½”–4” NB, 3000#–9000#, socket weld and threaded, they comply with ASTM A182 and ANSI B16.11. Grades F51 and F55 offer improved resistance to stress corrosion cracking in demanding environments.
ALLOY STEEL FORGED FITTINGS
Alloy steel forged fittings are designed for high-temperature and high-pressure systems such as steam and thermal lines. Supplied in ½”–4” NB, up to 9000#, per ASTM A182 / ANSI B16.11, common grades include F5, F9, F11, F22, and F91.
COPPER NICKEL FORGED FITTINGS
Copper nickel forged fittings are used in seawater, brine, and cooling systems due to excellent resistance to corrosion and biofouling. Supplied in ½”–4” NB, 3000#–9000#, ANSI B16.11, common grades include C70600 (90/10), C71500 (70/30), and C71640.
NICKEL FORGED FITTINGS
Nickel forged fittings are used in Saudi Aramco refineries and chemical systems for resistance to alkalis, corrosive media, and temperature variation. Supplied in ½” NB to 4” NB, socket weld and threaded, with 3000#–9000# pressure classes as per ANSI B16.11, these fittings are manufactured in UNS N02200 and N02201. Common applications include chemical transfer lines and caustic service piping across Saudi industrial facilities.
MONEL FORGED FITTINGS
Monel forged fittings are selected for highly corrosive and marine environments where strength and chemical resistance are essential. Available in ½”–4” NB, 3000#–9000#, per ANSI B16.11, materials include UNS N04400, N05500, and Alloy 20.
INCONEL FORGED FITTINGS
Inconel forged fittings are specified for extreme temperature and pressure services in Saudi Aramco offshore assets and SABIC petrochemical plants. Available in ½” NB to 4” NB, socket weld and threaded, with 3000#–9000# classes under ANSI B16.11, alloys include UNS N06600, N06601, N06625, N08800, N08810, and N08825. These fittings are widely used in high-temperature process and aggressive chemical piping systems in Saudi Arabia.
HASTELLOY FORGED FITTINGS
Hastelloy forged fittings are engineered for extreme chemical corrosion and high-temperature service. Supplied in ½”–4” NB, up to 9000#, to ANSI B16.11, grades such as UNS N10276, N06022, N06625, and N06455 are used in critical process piping.
TITANIUM FORGED FITTINGS
Titanium forged fittings are used in Saudi desalination plants and offshore systems for superior resistance to seawater, chlorides, and biofouling. Supplied in ½” NB to 4” NB, socket weld and threaded, with pressure classes up to 9000# per ANSI B16.11, materials include Titanium Grades 1, 2, 3, DTH 3, DTH 7, and DTH 3055. Titanium fittings ensure long service life in coastal and high-corrosion environments across KSA.
