METALLIC PIPES

CARBON STEEL PIPES

Carbon steel pipes and fittings are the primary choice for Saudi Aramco pipelines, SABIC plants, firefighting systems, and industrial utilities due to their high strength and pressure capability. Available from ½” to 36”, up to Sch XXS, materials manufactured to ASTM A106, ASTM A53, and API 5L include Gr A, Gr B, Gr C, and API 5L X42–X65. These carbon steel piping systems are extensively used in oil and gas transmission, process piping, and infrastructure networks across KSA, where mechanical performance and code compliance are mandatory.

ALLOY / MILD & GALVANIZED PIPES

Alloy steel, mild steel, and galvanized pipes are widely used in Saudi Aramco and SABIC projects for structural piping, utilities, firefighting, and industrial support systems. Supplied in ½” to 30” sizes with Sch 5 to Sch XXS, alloy steel pipes manufactured to ASTM A335 include grades P5, P9, P11, P12, P22, and P91, suitable for high-temperature and pressure service. Galvanized mild steel pipes, conforming to IS 1239 and IS 3589, are commonly used in non-corrosive and atmospheric exposure environments across Saudi infrastructure and industrial facilities.

STAINLESS STEEL PIPES

Stainless steel pipes and fittings are widely specified in Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and desalination projects for applications requiring corrosion resistance, hygiene, and long-term reliability. Supplied in ½” to 30” sizes with Sch 5 to Sch XXS, materials conforming to ASTM A312 and A358 include grades 304/304L, 316/316L/316H, 317, 321, 347, and 904L. These stainless steel piping systems are commonly used in process lines, water treatment, utilities, and corrosive service environments across Saudi Arabia, where compliance, traceability, and lifecycle performance are critical.

LTCS PIPES

Low Temperature Carbon Steel (LTCS) pipes and fittings are specified for cryogenic, low-temperature, and process applications in Saudi Aramco refineries, gas plants, and SABIC petrochemical units. Available in sizes from ½” to 36” with schedules up to Sch XXS, LTCS materials manufactured to ASTM A333 Grade B maintain impact toughness and mechanical integrity at sub-zero operating conditions. These piping systems are commonly used in gas processing, hydrocarbon handling, and temperature-critical services across Saudi Arabia where material performance under low-temperature stress is mandatory.

DUPLEX / SUPERDUPLEX PIPES

Duplex and super duplex pipes and fittings are specified for Saudi desalination plants, offshore facilities, coastal projects, and SABIC chemical units operating in high-chloride and high-pressure environments. Supplied in ½” to 30” sizes, up to Sch XXS, materials complying with ASTM A790 and ASTM A190 include UNS S31803, UNS S32750, and UNS S32760. These alloys provide superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, making them essential for seawater intake, brine lines, and aggressive process systems in Saudi Arabia.

COPPER NICKEL ALLOYS PIPES

Copper nickel and high-nickel alloy pipes are essential for Saudi desalination plants, offshore facilities, and corrosive chemical services, where resistance to seawater, chlorides, and aggressive media is critical. Copper nickel alloys such as C70600 (90/10), C71500 (70/30), and C71640 are widely used for seawater intake, brine, and heat exchanger lines, while nickel alloys including UNS N02200, N02201, Inconel (N06600, N06625), Monel (N04400), Hastelloy (N10276), and Alloy 20 (N05500) are specified for high-temperature and high-corrosion environments. Supplied in ½” NB to 10” NB with 10S, 40S, and 80S schedules, these materials meet the stringent durability and lifecycle requirements of Saudi Arabia’s desalination and offshore projects.
