METALLIC TUBE FITTINGS

Tube fittings are precision components used to connect and control tubing in instrumentation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and process systems across oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and industrial facilities. Manufactured in stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper nickel, nickel, and Monel, tube fittings are supplied in 1/16” to 2½” sizes and designed for leak-tight, vibration-resistant connections. Widely specified for control lines and critical services, tube fittings ensure system integrity, safety, and long-term reliability under demanding operating conditions.

CARBON STEEL TUBE FITTINGS

Carbon steel tube fittings are used in hydraulic, pneumatic, and general instrumentation systems. Supplied in 1/16” to 2½”, they comply with ASTM A105, offering strength and cost-effective performance for pressure applications.

COPPER NICKEL TUBE FITTINGS

Copper nickel tube fittings are used in seawater, marine, and cooling systems for superior corrosion resistance. Available in 1/16” to 2½”, common grades include C70600 (90/10) and C71500 (70/30).

STAINLESS STEEL TUBE FITTINGS

Stainless steel tube fittings are used in instrumentation and high-purity fluid systems where leak-tight connections are critical. Available in 1/16” to 2½”, common grades include 304/304L, 316/316L, 309, 310, 317, 321, and 347. These fittings provide excellent corrosion resistance and reliability in process and control lines.

NICKEL TUBE FITTINGS

Nickel tube fittings are specified for chemical and caustic service applications. Supplied in 1/16” to 2½”, grades include UNS N02200 and N02201, offering excellent resistance to alkalis and corrosive media.

ALLOY STEEL TUBE FITTINGS

Alloy steel tube fittings are designed for high-pressure and high-temperature instrumentation systems. Available in 1/16” to 2½”, common grades include G5, G9, G11, G12, G22, and G91, ensuring strength retention under demanding conditions.

MONEL TUBE FITTINGS

Monel tube fittings are used in marine and highly corrosive environments. Available in 1/16” to 2½”, materials include UNS N04400, N05500, and Alloy 20, providing high strength and chemical resistance.
