METALLIC TUBES

Industrial tubes are essential components used in instrumentation, heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, mechanical systems, and process piping across oil & gas, power, water, and industrial facilities. Manufactured in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper nickel, brass, and copper, tubes are supplied in 6 mm to 219.08 mm outer diameters, multiple wall thicknesses, and various forms including straight length, coil, and U-bend. Produced in accordance with ASTM standards, industrial tubes are selected for their pressure capability, corrosion resistance, thermal performance, and dimensional accuracy.

CARBON STEEL TUBES

Carbon steel tubes are widely used in structural, mechanical, and general engineering applications. Supplied in 6 mm to 219.08 mm OD, thickness 0.6–10 mm, forms include round, square, rectangular, coil, and U-shape. Manufactured to ASTM A106, A210, and A53, common grades include Gr.30, Gr.40, SA179, SA210, and Gr.A1.

COPPER NICKEL TUBES

Copper nickel tubes are used in seawater, condenser, and heat exchanger systems due to excellent corrosion and biofouling resistance. Supplied in 6 mm to 219.08 mm OD, thickness 0.6–10 mm, they are manufactured to ASTM B111 in grades C70600 (90/10), C71500 (70/30), and C71640.

STAINLESS STEEL TUBES

Stainless steel tubes are used in instrumentation, heat exchangers, and process applications requiring corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy. Supplied in 6 mm to 219.08 mm OD, with thickness 0.6–10 mm, forms include round, square, rectangular, coil, and U-shape. Manufactured to ASTM A213, A249, and A269, common grades include 304/304L, 316/316L/316H, 309, 310, 317, 321, 347, and 904L.

ADMIRALTY BRASS TUBE

Admiralty brass tubes are commonly used in cooling and heat transfer applications. Available in 6 mm to 219.08 mm OD, 0.6–10 mm thickness, they conform to ASTM B111, with grades C44300, C44400, C44500, C68700, offering good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.

LOW ALLOY STEEL TUBES

Low alloy steel tubes are designed for high-temperature and pressure services such as boilers and thermal systems. Available in 6 mm to 219.08 mm OD, 0.6–10 mm thickness, in straight and coil forms, they comply with ASTM A213. Typical grades include T11, T12, T22, T5, and T9, offering excellent strength retention.

COPPER & BRASS TUBE

Copper and brass tubes are used in general engineering, HVAC, and low-pressure fluid systems. Supplied in 6 mm to 219.08 mm OD, 0.6–10 mm thickness, they comply with ASTM B88, with grades C11000, C12200, C26000, C27000, and C28000.
